I don't be sure if it's possible, but I can't afford a trip to the vet and I wanted to get some Ivermectin for my guinea pig because I'm fetching sure he has mites. Is there anywhere I can find it over the counter? It also goes by the brand name Stromectol.

Ivermectin/Stromectol is a remedy drug. I'm sorry but you'll have to go to the vet. However, vet clinics do allow you to pay them in installments, and a topple to the vet for Ivermectin shouldn't cost more than $50, so you could pay them $10 a month for 5 months, or something.
