For Halloween I covet to make something fun for my dogs collar. But I do not want to dress them up. I am not super sneaky and I cannot sew. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do? The kids in neighborhood alway knock at the door to see them, I reflecting it would be

hehehe!!! How about a festive Halloween scarf. All you want is a yard of halloween material and cut the material into large squares, gather into a triangle and tie around the pooches neck for a scarf or on their heads for a scarcely hat.
