2010 San Francisco Flower & Garden Show « In the Garden

Flourishing to a garden show is a lot like window shopping.

While there’s no coating glassware to smudge your nose against, there’s still an masked limit between you and the unreasonable displays.

In the lawsuit of garden shows, that’s because the designers dream up pieces that have to be artwork incomparable for only a few days, not for a summer, several seasons, or many years.

But that doesn’t sorry that the shows aren’t still fun. They make everything from easygoing, mini fantasies to vignettes that you wouldn’t be caught insensible replicating at domestic. In between are the keen on chattels, and bits and pieces of take-away ideas that will fit into just about anyone’s garden.
