I exigency to keep some male and female endlers live bearers fry (like guppies) separated, or I be in want of to get separate tanks....

Will a tank divider actually keep fish that selfish separate?

The tank deviders dont go all the way up the inundate line so you have to empty out a couple inches of water from the tank. You also have to have substrate up against the bottom of the shield or they will escape. I personally dont like them and would use plexy binoculars or glass
