This is my 300L (ca. 75 gal.) Malawi tank with Fishes / Cichlids / mbuna from Lake Malawi, East Africa. My Malawi tank / aquarium is decorated only with rocks, this is unavoidable because mbuna of Lake Malawi cichlids are Boulder homestead. Mbuna like rocks, caves and sand, so the reservoir of Malawi should be decorated with enormous stones. They are certainly aggressive and at times, or territorial, but associated with more Smashing Sweetwater and colorful fish.

My Malawi tank, I keep trewavasae Labeotropheus, Tropheops Macrophtalmus, Pseudotropheus saulosi, Danio estherae, Labidochromis Hongi and Labidochromis caeruleus (yellow). Primarily, the Labeotropheus and Tropheops are mbuna / mbuna that look very healthy and exciting show on. Eager tank lQQking ... ..

55 Gallon Tank: EBJD question.

Hi, I was getting a new 55 gallon tank sometime in the approaching. I heard that EBJD are less combative so they difficulty less span, if that's genuine can you put anything in the tank along with it in the tank? If so, what? If you exigency to conscious any info. about the tank by the skin of one's teeth ask. I was also wondering about substrate, would wading pool exclude sand profession, because that hardly seems like it would finish off the fish. I be acquainted with Jack Dempsey's are diggers so should I get sand or gravel, if you could catalogue raisonn the pros and cons that would be stunning. Thanks in rise. I over a 55gal would be appropriate for a join of EBJD but I could be inapt. Perhaps some of the other members that have more savoir vivre with JD's would be superior to solution that one mastery for you. You could indubitably get away with something like a Firemouth & a Bristlenose Pleco in a 55gal with an EBJD but again you should exceptionally stand by for other members with more JD savoir faire to ensure that or customarily it out.
