I just got a 20 gallon aquarium that I want to move platys and fry from a 5 gallon, How can I safely do this?

How many hours/days should I let the new tank set-up and circle? I want to move them to where they have more space, but I don't want to shock, stress, or administer the coup de gr them. Suggestions are greatly appreciated and points rewarded.

Are you capable to move the filter from the 5gal tank to the new one? Move the filter and all the fish together.

They also are staying at hand to the top. They don't come up to be struggling to swim If I made mechanism where they are at they would swim away ok they are not immobile. They are not rushing to their bread either but they have eaten today. They are not being undeniably spry. I'm unsure if they are one for more of a educate or if it is something in Chemisty or paucity of oxygen? It's weird and Im apprehensive about them... *My trickle makes bubbles in my top-grade. Since my fish are so place off limits to the skin (their heads are almost out!) It makes me ponder they are annoying to speak...why they wouldn't go closer to where all the bubbles are I don't advised of.... Anyone have any suggestions?
